Krista Brown, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in both acute and primary care medicine. She began her nursing career after earning her Associate Degree in Nursing from Gulf Coast State College in 2015. As a registered nurse, Krista gained extensive experience working on the Cardiac Floor, in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, and in home health care.
Driven to further her education, she went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing, ultimately achieving her certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical experience spans across primary care, otolaryngology (ENT), and community service, including her contributions to Avicenna Free Clinic.
During her time in primary care, Krista developed a strong passion for hormone optimization and preventive health. In 2023, she expanded her expertise into the field of medical aesthetics, where she combines her clinical background with her dedication to helping patients look and feel their best.

Lauren Flynn’s career has been defined by a steady progression through some of the most demanding areas of healthcare — from emergency response to advanced surgical care — and now into the specialty of hormone replacement therapy, where she helps patients restore balance, vitality, and long-term wellness.
Her career began in 2016 as a Registered Nurse, quickly advancing from the Surgical Unit to the ICU and finally into the Emergency Department. As a nurse in a Level II trauma center, she gained extensive experience in rapid assessment, trauma management, and coordinating interdisciplinary care.
In 2021, Lauren expanded her expertise as a Flight Nurse/Paramedic, delivering critical care transport by air and ground for patients with complex, life-threatening conditions. Her advanced training with cardiac support devices and emergency stabilization laid the groundwork for her ability to manage highly specialized therapies.
By 2023, she was instrumental in developing the Adult Rapid Response Team, serving as a primary responder for hospital-wide medical emergencies, including trauma, stroke, and STEMI alerts. Her role sharpened her procedural expertise in ultrasound-guided vascular access and critical care interventions.
In 2024, Lauren transitioned into advanced practice as a Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner, where she managed patients through surgical planning, perioperative care, and long-term recovery. This experience reinforced her belief in the importance of not just treating acute illness, but also supporting patients’ overall health, resilience, and quality of life.
Alongside her hands-on experience, Lauren earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama, graduating Summa Cum Laude with dual board certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AG-ACNP-BC).
Today, Lauren focuses her practice on hormone replacement therapy (HRT). She is passionate about helping both women and men navigate hormonal changes — addressing issues such as fatigue, weight fluctuations, mood changes, and decreased vitality. Drawing on her acute care background, she approaches HRT with both precision and safety, tailoring treatments to restore balance, support longevity, and promote optimal wellness.
Her philosophy of care is rooted in personalization: combining advanced medical knowledge with a holistic understanding of each patient’s goals. Whether addressing age-related hormone decline or optimizing performance and vitality, Lauren is dedicated to guiding patients toward a healthier, more energized life.
