Megan Deacon-Casey, MD

Dr. Deacon-Casey has an extreme passion for women’s wellness and overall health and well-being. She firmly believes that if a woman looks good, she feels great, which has a profound impact on any relationship in her life. She has specialized training in aesthetic medicine and has treated many disease processes, including venous disease, uterine fibroids, and pelvic congestion syndrome. She is married, and the mother of two and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, tennis, music, singing, and an active member of her church.

Dr. Deacon-Casey has been practicing in Jacksonville, Florida since 2003. She earned her medical degree at Meharry Medical College, where she was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She went on to complete a diagnostic radiology residency at the Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville, Florida and fellowship training in vascular and interventional radiology at the University of Florida/Shands, Jacksonville. Dr. Deacon-Casey is board certified by the American Board of Radiology in both diagnostic radiology and vascular and interventional radiology. She is certified in anti-aging and aesthetics. She has authored several articles and peer reviews.

Carol Bowen-Wells, MD

Dr. Bowen-Wells earned her medical degree from Northwestern University. She then completed her general surgery training at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. Dr. Bowen-Wells then completed her fellowship in surgical oncology at the University of Miami in Florida. As a board-certified general surgeon, her practice includes general surgery, surgical oncology, and wound care. For more than ten years, she has been practicing in her field of general surgery and surgical oncology. Dr. Bowen-Wells has been in the Jacksonville area for more than nine years.

Dr. Bowen-Wells has special interests in women’s health, research, and wound care. She has published a book chapter and peer review articles. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing sports, hiking, and singing. She is one of the sideline volunteer physicians at the Annual Bob Hayes Track Meet since 2011. She also volunteers in the community by giving lectures on cancer to church groups.

Joni Ricketts, PA-C

Joni Ricketts is a thirteen-year medical veteran with extensive experience in medical aesthetics.

Joni has attended multiple conferences and continuing education training including but not limited to advanced facial and neck reconstructive procedures, cranial malformation, dermatological skin care conditions with a specific focus on melasma. She is passionate about oncology aesthetics like the benefits of whole-body cryotherapy, the radiofrequency for post pelvic wall radiation, erectile dysfunction, and vaginal dryness. Joni is currently researching nitric oxide, and it’s the role in the production of collagen and continuously strives to improve the quality of life for others. She believes in complete treatment to transformation and offers nontraditional wellness therapies. Joni is an Instructor for the American Heart Association and teaches ACLS and BLS. She is a certified life coach and a certified aesthetic consultant. She trains nationally for PDO Threads, microcannulas, and PRF. She also is an active member of the NFL Alumni.
