board certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist has served the Boca Raton greater community in private practice in his same office location. Dr. Douglas’ expertise includes mastering the latest obstetrical and gynecologic surgical techniques. He is skilled at performing minimally invasive surgery using advanced Robotic, Laparoscopic, Hysteroscopic and Laster methodology. Many of his patients benefit from outpatient procedures without having to stay overnight at the hospital and without prolonged or disabling recoveries. Dr. Douglas is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and is a Kennedy Scholar of the Cleveland Clinic of Cleveland, Ohio. He completed his OB/GYN training through the Medical College of Virginia Hospital. Dr. Douglas is active in educating the public and medial communities, including being a national speaker. He has served on numerous medical advisory boards and hospital committees including past Chairman of the OB/GYN Department at the Boca Raton Regional Hospital and past President of the Palm Beach OB/GYN Society. Dr. Douglas also founded the colposcopy clinic at Florida Atlantic University. Dr. McCormick has been an Obstetrician and Gynecologist in Boca Raton, Florida for close to twenty-five years. He has practiced general Obstetrics and Gynecology with a strong interest in abnormal vaginal bleeding. He has done a large number of uterine ablative procedures for abnormal bleeding. This minor surgery is done as an outpatient and the patient is usually able to return to her normal actives the next day. This allows many women o avoid the much more invasive and painful abdominal hysterectomy surgery. He also has an extensive background in Obstetrics and has delivered thousands of healthy babies. Dr. McCormick went to Emory University where he graduated Magna Cum Laud in chemistry. His medical training was at the University of Miami School of Medicine and his residency was at Jackson Memorial Hospital’s prestigious OB/GYN program.
