Theresa Holsan , DNP, FNP

Theresa Holsan began her nursing career over 30 years ago working in OB-GYN. She then realized her love was primary care and has been working with entire families, including several tri-generational ones, for more than 20 years. She sees children from the time they are born and adults through their twilight years.

Being a Colorado native and life-long learner Theresa opted to earn her degrees in Denver; her advanced degrees include a Master’s in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, from Regis University and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. She has created a “New Parent’s Handbook”. Her doctoral research focused on improving hypertension; she presented the findings locally, nationally, and internationally. She has presented on improving End-Of-Life care for patients to nurse educators. She has served multiple terms on the Colorado Nursing Board. Although she has retired from teaching in the classroom at Regis University, she remains a clinical faculty.

Rianne Clark , NP

Rianne Clark is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is dedicated to providing individualized, patient-centered care with the aim of helping each patient achieve his or her health goals along with achieving his or her optimal level of health and wellness. Rianne enjoys providing primary care services to patients across the lifespan: preventative medicine along with management of a multitude of acute and chronic conditions.

Rianne received her bachelorâÃÆ’¢â€šÂ¬ÃÆ’¢â€žÂ¢s degree in nursing from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. She spent over six years as a nurse caring for patients in the hospital setting before earning her graduate degree in nursing from Regis University in Denver. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

In her spare time, Rianne likes to travel and spend time outdoors enjoying some of the many activities Colorado has to offer: hiking, biking, and snowboarding,

Shelby Bohm, FNP-C

Shelby is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing form University of Colorado. Additionally, she has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bryan College of Health Sciences and a dual minor in Biomedical Sciences and Public Health. She has medical experience in Trauma Intensive Care, Medical-Surgical Intensive Care, Neurological Intensive Care, and Cardiovascular Intensive Care. As a Nurse Practitioner, she particularly enjoys building patient relationships to encourage and foster improved health to optimize her patient’s overall quality of life. Shelby loves primary care because it is always different. She enjoys practicing preventative medicine, women’s health, cardiology, and the management of chronic conditions. In her spare time Shelby enjoys reading, running, and gardening. Additionally, as a Colorado native, Shelby enjoys taking advantage of all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.
