Dr. Urban has practiced in Colorado since 1990 and is the Medical Director at Cratos Health, having helped open the center with Founder Steve Apodaca.
He is certified by BioTE Medical in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. Dr. Urban attended the University of Wisconsin, receiving a Bachelors Degree with Honors, and a Doctor of Medicine Degree.
He completed his Residency in Anesthesiology at the State University of New York in Syracuse, and was Chief Resident.
He is Board Certified in Anesthesiology, and licensed to practice Medicine in Colorado.
