Dr. Lamia Gabal is a board-certified urologist with a subspecialty board certification in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS). She specializes in several different areas of urology, including regenerative and restorative surgeries. Dr. Gabal has more than 20 years’ experience in the field of urology. She graduated from the University of California at San Diego Medical School in 1995 completed General Surgery internship as well as Urology residency at UCSD Medical Center. She has been named a “Top Doctor” by the Orange County Medical Association annually for the last 15 years. The doctor and her staff strive to continually provide the latest in technological advancements to the patients they serve.
Dr. Trofimenko is a board-certified urologist who sees both men and women and is one of the few urologists who is also fellowship trained in sexual medicine. She received her bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine and a Master’s in Clinical Research degrees at University California San Diego School of Medicine. Dr. Trofimenko completed a general surgery internship at the UCLA Medical Center, followed by a urology residency at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. She then completed a subspecialty fellowship in urologic prosthetic surgery and sexual medicine in San Diego with world-renowned specialists. Dr. Trofimenko performs a wide spectrum of the latest minimally invasive and endoscopic urologic procedures for stone disease, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), lower urinary tract symptoms, urinary incontinence, and cancers of the bladder and the prostate. She performs a no-scalpel office vasectomy for male contraception according to the highest industry standards.
Dr. Trofimenko also offers subspecialty care for men’s health conditions including low testosterone, infertility, erectile dysfunction, and Peyronie’s disease. She additionally treats female sexual dysfunction, including pain with intercourse, genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) and low libido.
Partnering with her patients to develop an individualized and evidence-based treatment plan tailored to fit each patient’s goals and priorities, Dr. Trofimenko is deeply committed to providing efficient and high-quality care.
Devin’s journey in the medical field began at the University of California, San Diego, where she balanced her studies in Human Biology with pole vaulting on the university’s track and field team. After graduating, she worked as an EMT in Orange County for three years, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in emergency medical services. Driven by a desire to expand her medical expertise, Devin pursued a Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Point Loma Nazarene University. During her training, she discovered a passion for urology and recognized the significant impact urologic conditions have on both mental and physical health. She is committed to providing comprehensive care and implementing effective interventions to dramatically improve her patients’ lives. As a healthcare provider, Devin strives to make each patient feel valued, listened to, and confident in the care they receive. Her approach is centered on empathy, trust, and personalized treatment plans.

Katie’s professional journey took off in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, where she dedicated nearly five years to the fields of Urogynecology, Obstetrics, and Gynecology. Her expertise includes training in vaginal reconstructive surgery as a skilled first assistant, extensive involvement in surgical services addressing incontinence and prolapse, and the proficient execution of standard in-office procedures.
Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish, Katie’s passion for medicine was kindled through the compassionate care she provided to her elderly grandparents. She cherishes the opportunity to be a part of a dedicated and caring medical practice, where she can serve patients from all walks of life with genuine enthusiasm.
