Brandy is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner, who holds a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from California State University of Long Beach.
Brandy’s experience as a registered nurse began with a focus on caring for cancer patients. After being employed by Hoag Hospital and Kaiser Permanente, she became certi?ed in chemotherapy and treating patients in the Cardiac
and Neuro Intensive Care units.
Since 2009, Brandy simultaneously worked as an aesthetic nurse and is passionate about making people look and feel their best while embracing their natural beauty. In 2018, Brandy founded NuBella Med Spa with a core focus of
providing a talent development platform to empower students, nurses, and nurse practitioners within a positive outcome and patient-centric environment.
As a woman entrepreneur she has built her business from the ground up and currently has four locations, operating in two states- with plans to open several additional locations. Brandy’s goal for NuBella is to create a team of
nurses that share her same core values and to support them as entrepreneurs.
Kayla Weber, MSN, FNP-BC
COO & Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
Kayla is our Chief Operations Officer and a Senior Injector at NuBella Med Spa. She is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and holds a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from California State University of Long Beach.
Before pursuing Medical Aesthetics, Kayla worked for many years as a Registered Nurse in Orthopedics at St. Joseph Hospital. She became a charge nurse on this unit and was also the Chair of the Pain Committee for this Magnet-awarded
hospital.
Kayla’s passion for overall facial balancing with injectables and skincare is what stands out most to us, spending her personal time educating the public about evidence-based skincare research and debunking skincare fads. In
2019, Kayla was the first Nurse Practitioner and Injector that Brandy brought into the practice after just a little more than six months in business.
Kayla has since taken on multiple roles in management and training at NuBella – helping the business grow immensely and sharing in the same entrepreneurial goals. She now travels to all of our locations seeing patients and training
our injectors. Kayla believes in empowering her patients and her staff by providing them with the knowledge they need to care for the skin and reach natural aesthetic goals.
