Hilary Elkins, WHNP

Hilary Elkins has a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.

She attended and graduated from San Diego State University in May of 2016 and established herself as a Patient Care Specialist responsible for evaluating patients undergoing fertility treatments.

Prior to advancing her education, Hilary was a Triage, Labor and Delivery RN at a local hospital where she provided the highest standard of care to patients on a level III unit that delivers over 8,000 babies a year.

She was part of the Triage Core Team who were specifically trained to triage a wide range of obstetrical and gynecologic concerns.

Hilary functioned as a charge nurse overseeing the shift nurses and OB techs during several of her assignments.

Hilary is proficient in many GYN and OB related areas. She has a special interest in birth control management and fertility.

In October 2017, Hilary joined South Bay OBGYN as a staff Nurse Practitioner and has been putting all of her acquired skills to great use.

She is able to assist the practice with IUD and Nexplanon placements and removals, Annual Well Woman Exam’s, Urinary tract and vaginal infections, breast concerns. etc.

She is a highly dedicated and caring provider.

In her free time, Hilary enjoys spending time with her daughter and friends.
