Janis Jacobson, NP

Janis Jacobson is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who began her nursing career in 2005. Graduating from Loma Linda University School of Nursing with her Bachelor’s degree, she embraced her love of women’s health and became a Labor and Delivery nurse. Caring for patients during an exciting yet vulnerable time in their lives allowed for her to build rapport and grow with the women in her community as she had the privilege of assisting with many births, often of women she had cared for with past pregnancies. Wanting to gain more knowledge and have the ability to make positive changes in the care of her patients in the provider role, she attended Azusa Pacific University where she earned her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner and was invited to join Sigma Theta Tau-Nursing Honor Society.

As she has gained knowledge in her field, she has become a champion for natural hormone replacement using pellet therapy for both men and women. Utilizing vitamins along with the pellet therapy she has assisted patients to improved quality of life. She remains passionate about women’s health and hopes to continue learning as she challenges women to take the necessary steps to get the care they deserve.

In her free time, Janis enjoys spending time with her husband and children boating on the Colorado River, going to the beach, and watching movies.
