Christine was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, where she started her career in the medical field as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), volunteering at a local fire department. She obtained her Associate Degree in Nursing with honors from Prairie State College in 2002 and worked as an RN in Emergency Departments and as a Flight Nurse for many years. In 2008, Christine and her family relocated to Arizona where she obtained both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University, graduating with honors and becoming a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015. Christine is passionate about providing high quality, personalized care that truly connects with each patient and their families, and teaching her approach to future Nurse Practitioners. In her spare time, she is a wife and mother of 2 active boys.

Noemi is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She attended nursing school at Mesa Community College where she obtained her Associates Degree in Nursing in 2005. She then furthered her education at Grand Canyon University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015, and a Master of Science in Nursing: Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018. Noemi started her Nurse Practitioner career in Neurology prior to joining the team here at Desert Bloom Family Medicine in 2020. Noemi is married and has two daughters, and she’s passionate about traveling in her spare time.
Stephanie Mills began her nursing career as a certified nursing assistant, conducting newborn hearing screenings. After a short break, she rekindled her passion for nursing by completing the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program at the Southwest Skill Center in 2013. As an LPN, she thrived in skilled rehabilitation services, supporting patients in regaining strength and independence.
In 2015, Stephanie earned dual Associate Degrees. (Science and Art) from Estrella Mountain Community College, becoming a registered nurse. She transitioned to oncology infusion nursing, where she built meaningful connections with patients and colleagues, deepening her commitment to compassionate care.
In 2020, Stephanie completed her Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in Clinical Systems and Leadership from the University of Arizona, transitioning to a leadership role within the oncology world. In 2025, she earned a Post-Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Northern Arizona University, finding a new passion for family practice and caring for patients across all stages of life.
Since moving to Arizona with her family in 2008, Stephanie has proudly called the West Valley home. In her free time, she enjoys baking, candy making, and traveling with loved ones.
