After earning her MD and practicing in traditional medicine, Dr. Neely began to feel a growing pull toward preventative care—where the focus is on optimizing health, not just treating illness. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she earned her MBA from Grand Canyon University and soon after, launched Phoenix Wellness & Rejuvenation: a functional and regenerative medicine clinic rooted in whole-body wellness.

Her mission is to help people feel strong, confident, and in control of their health at every stage of life. Through personalized care plans, cutting-edge therapies, and a compassionate, energetic approach, Dr. Neely empowers her patients to rise into the best version of themselves—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
