Dr. Sydney is a naturopathic physician with advanced training in acupuncture. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Zoology with minors in Spanish and Latin American Studies from Miami University of Ohio, her brother’s medical history and her own health journey inspired her to pursue a more holistic, patient-centered approach to medicine.
She earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (now Sonoran University of Health Sciences) and later completed a Doctor of Acupuncture and Master of Science in Oriental Medicine at the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine & Acupuncture.
Dr. Sydney takes a personalized, root-cause approach to patient care with a focus on optimal health, combining evidence-informed natural medicine with conventional therapies when appropriate. She has experience in hormone optimization, peptide therapy, IV therapy, botanical medicine, acupuncture, regenerative medicine, aesthetic treatments, and lifestyle medicine, helping patients achieve long-term wellness.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Sydney enjoys traveling, exercising, painting, creating henna art, and spending time with her husband and their fur-babies.
