As a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) with seven years of experience as a provider in women’s health and over 17 years in the healthcare field, I am deeply passionate about providing compassionate and comprehensive care.

Having faced my own health struggles, I understand firsthand the frustration and challenges that come with debilitating symptoms. For over a decade, I experienced the feeling of being brushed off and even gaslit by providers, until I finally found someone who listened and helped me understand what was happening with my body. This journey was difficult and often disheartening, but it has profoundly shaped my approach to patient care. I relate to the emotions of my patients and strive to ensure they feel validated and supported.

I am also proud to be a certified BiotTE provider, recognizing the importance of testosterone therapy for both men and women as well as the value of hormone health throughout a lifespan to improve not only quality of life, but also long term health outcomes. At Arctic Rose Wellness, I am committed to creating a welcoming and nurturing environment where women openly discuss their health concerns related to hormone therapy and beyond.
