Dr. Milligan grew up in Arkansas and now resides in Guntersville, Alabama. He is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Milligan completed his undergraduate studies at Arkansas State University, earned his MD from the University of Arkansas, and then completed his residency in Huntsville. Dr. Milligan practiced medicine in Arkansas until he joined Lakeside Clinic in May of 2010. He also serves as the Medical Director of Hospice for Marshall County. He and his wife, Pam, have three children.
