Lisa Osborne, FNP-BC is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner located in Boaz, Alabama. The focus of her practice is a combination between traditional and functional medicine with a concentration on a holistic approach. She truly believes that finding the root of chronic disease is the key and is devoted to helping others treat their medical issues with restoration of their highest quality of life.

Lisa is a graduate of the University of Alabama Huntsville where she received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and spent the next five years in critical care.

As an advocate of lifelong learning she soon returned to college to complete her Master’s of Science in Nursing at University of Alabama Birmingham. She has since spent many hours over the past ten years in Emergency medicine, Urgent Care and Primary Care with a specialization in Diabetes Management. It was during this time she became interested in functional medicine, weight loss and hormone balance with a holistic approach. This journey has reignited her passion for medicine and she is looking forward to partnering with the local community to promote good nutrition and lifestyle changes and to aid in chronic disease management as well as hormone therapy.
