III (Nasdaq: HYAC) (“Haymaker” or the “Company”), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, reminds its shareholders to vote in favor of the proposed business combination with BioTE Holdings, LLC (“Biote”) and the related proposals at Haymaker’s special meeting. The Company believes that all conditions to closing, including the minimum cash condition, have been or will be satisfied or waived.
